Just Be Cool started as a desire to fight the seemingly constant stream of negativity by promoting kind and considerate behavior.
Reggie Grant
Reggie has spent the last 17 years educating high school and community college students. His favorite aspect of the job is interacting with students and designing ways to help remove barriers for their success.
Before he became a teacher, he worked as a journalist.
His life experience has taught him that people are not that different. We all have similar hopes and dreams, anxieties and fears, and our differences should be celebrated and unite, not divide us.
Paco Fiallos
Paco has been a high school educator and teacher mentor for the past 15 years. He has remained invested in the classroom by nurturing strong relationships with students and peers, and by striving to regularly reinvent his practice.
He strives to treat every student as an individual, and each interaction as an opportunity for all people involved to learn from one another.
